EnvirotechFM appoints new Account Director for key client
EnvirotechFM has announced the appointment of a new Account Director to continue to support Tandem Property Asset Management in delivering facilities management services across the UK.
Simon Spensley has played an integral role in the Tandem journey since joining EnvirotechFM in October 2018, working closely with Tandem CEOs John Jones and Lisa Riva since the formation of the partnership.
In his new role, Simon will lead EnvirotechFM’s Senior Facilities Managers nationwide, focusing on delivering high-quality service, fostering strong client relationships, and supporting strategic growth. He will work closely with wider EnvirotechFM teams to ensure consistent service excellence and will play a central role in people development and performance management.
Simon said: “When I joined EnvirotechFM as the company’s first ever recruit, I don’t think any of us could have expected such an incredible journey. I am proud of the growth and success that we have achieved together and am excited at the prospect of what the future holds in my new role.”
