Our partnership with Envirotech began in 2022 as our three new properties, Loveday Abbey Road, Loveday Kensington and Loveday Notting Hill were heading towards completion.
Having used a different provider for planned and reactive maintenance at our previous property, Chelsea Court Place, we felt the time was right to re-evaluate our needs and find a strategic partner we felt could grow with us as we looked to build our presence in London and the Southwest.
Envirotech came to us via word of mouth and we are now into our fourth year together, during which time they have played an integral role in the planned and reactive maintenance of all hard and soft services at the properties in our portfolio. In addition, they have been instrumental in taking the lead on identifying and managing the completion of post practical completion construction defects on newly completed projects
Envirotech provide our property based staff with the re-assurance of a 24/7 dedicated helpline so that in the event of an issue arising, staff have a single number to call to log an issue and from there, Envirotech manage the process on our behalf, ensuring there is a full audit trail to completion.
At Loveday, we strive to set and maintain the highest standards in everything we do and that includes ensuring minimal disruption to our staff and members when work is being carried out. Envirotech and in particular Pinder, Brody and Waren have wholeheartedly bought into that ethos and have been outstanding in ensuring that message is relayed to and understood by the many different trades contractors who are required to visit our properties.
